Track Bar adjustment question..

Anybody who can answer I'd really appreciate it.. I have an adjustable trac bar on my 2000 CC 4x4. The dealership says it needs to be replaced along with the tie rod/ends, and steering box. I know the steering box is bad, but my invoice only says tie rod and track bar need ADJUSTMENT. He wants to charge me 1400 for new parts and labor which iwouldnt ever do, but how hard is it to adjust these to rods using wheelwell to tire distances to center the axle? Thanks for the help.
