Charity Dyno Day in the works

Okay, we are going to have another Charity Dyno Day. This time, giving all the proceeds to the Wildman family in support of Morgan.
If anyone does not know the Wildmans, Morgan is the 8-year-old daughter of Tony and Donna. Tony is a prominant tuner for our trucks, and the owner of Total Diesel Performance, and very close to the hearts of both Alan and I, as well as many in this club.
The Wildman family was here in Colorado 3 1/2 weeks ago to stay at our home over a long weekend. We had an absolute blast. Miss Morgan was having a few headaches then, but was mostly her usual happy self.
When they got back home to Ft Worth, Donna took Morgan to the eye dr to get her eyes checked, which eventually led to Morgan having an MRI. It was then that the docs found a brain tumor. Surgery was scheduled immediately to remove the tumor, and Morgan did beautifully through the surgery.
The tumor was sent off, and the results came back as malignant.
Now this amazing little girl will be going through treatment.
The Wildman family is simply a regular family, just like mine. Tony has a good job, but he doesn't make a mint. I want to help them as much as we can, so that they can place their thoughts and energy on what's really important. Our job as their friends is to take care of the other things, so they can care for their daughter.

Last year we had a Charity Dyno Day for the Berends family, who lost their daughter in a tragic accident. We collected parts and gift certificates from businesses all over and had a huge prize drawing. All kinds of businesses donated. We raised $5000 for the family, and I can only hope and pray that we are able to do that here.

I've got messages into GAM and PFI to see which shop will be willing to work with me on this. I will start contacting businesses to get donations. All donations can be run through the club, so can be tax deductable for the business.
Anyone who owns a business, or knows of anyone who does, please get the word out that we will need as many items as we can get.
Any other ideas of things we can do are helpful. I will keep everyone posted on the progress.

Thanks guys. You always amaze me with your willingness to pull together during tough times. Let's help take some stress off the Wildman's plate.

Shay
